Apartment at NEVA Towers
Area 70 m².
The client purchased the apartment as an investment, planning to rent it out.
The apartment was delivered by the developer with a full finish; the kitchen was furnished, and the bathroom was fully completed: tiles and plumbing.
Our task was to perform a restyling; notably, the rental price increased 2.5 times after our changes!

PLAN
The kitchen-living room area is 31 m².
The elongated room was divided into 2 zones; the living area is located closer to the windows, with the kitchen deeper inside.
The master block (bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom) has a total area of 27 m².

Кухня и гостиная
- Under the kitchen bar, we installed a brass panel in the stool area, whereas originally there was a mirror.
- We hung new pendant lights and added a wooden section for glassware.
- All the veneer in the apartment is of one color, American walnut. In the TV area, we used decorative plaster with built-in brass profiles and furnished this zone: a veneered shelving unit with lighting, a floor cabinet in dark gray matte enamel of the same color, and a beige shelf in glossy enamel.
- Opposite, we placed a blue corner sofa and added a mirrored strip behind it as a trick to expand the space, simulating a continuation of the passage.
- We added wall sconces and a painting commissioned from an artist, located in this area and also at the end of the corridor.
Master Bedroom
- We created a luxurious walnut panel in the bedroom.
- It features a combination of walnut grain and texture, with added mirrored inserts.
- On the opposite side of the bed, there is a floor-to-ceiling glass wardrobe.
- Opposite the bed, there is a console with a mirror and a slatted panel.
- The bedroom does not have a TV.
