Interior design
isn’t a cost — it’s how you avoid rework & overspend.
What If You Skip Interior Design or Try to Save Too Much?
We’ve chosen the key problems — the full list is much longer.
Builder chaos
Without detailed plans, measurements and drawings, builders either refuse to work or “do it their way.” In both cases, the result is far from what you wanted and delays.
30% Budget Loss on Purchases
Most people go straight to showrooms. Yes, the furniture looks and feels okay — but you overpay 2-3 times, because showrooms are just middle part, not producers.
"I FIND PRODUCER BY MYSELF"
Going to a factory sounds smart but in 90% you get delays, wrong items and poor quality. Designers already tested dozens of factories, kept only the reliable ones and are valued as partners.
Uncomfortable layout
Rooms feel cramped, there’s not enough storage, kids’ and adults’ zones overlap, and the apartment is simply inconvenient to live in or rent out.
No 3D = Costly Surprises
Without 3d renders, no one truly knows what awaits or how the space will look. In the end the result is a shock — either you live with disappointment every day, or you start over and pay again.
No clear vision
You buy things randomly, styles don’t match, and the apartment looks chaotic instead of harmonious.
STEP BY STEP WHAT WE DO
AND WHY
1. Defining Your Style and Preferences
The first step is to understand your lifestyle. We don’t just ask “what colors do you like” — we study how you actually live. Is this apartment for you or for rent? Do you have kids or pets? How do you spend your mornings, evenings, weekends? Do you prefer quiet evenings or often host guests?
Through questionnaires, mood boards and references we shape a clear vision of what will make your home comfortable and functional.
Why it’s critical
Without this step, the design becomes random — nice pictures, but not adapted to your real life. The result: spaces that look good but don’t work for you.
What happens after
Once your habits and needs are defined, the layout, storage solutions, materials and décor are chosen to fit your lifestyle. If the apartment is for rent, it’s tailored to be practical and attractive for future tenants.
Bottom line
This stage ensures the project isn’t just beautiful — it works for your everyday life and feels uniquely yours.

2. Site Measurements
We visit the apartment before design starts and take precise measurements of walls, ceiling height, windows, doors, columns, pipes, radiators and ventilation shafts. We also record all sockets, switches, water outlets and AC units. The result is a detailed floor plan — no guesses, only exact numbers.
Why it’s critical
Without real measurements, layouts and 3D renders are lies. Furniture doesn’t fit, tiles run short, doors can’t open properly. Builders start guessing, which leads to mistakes, delays and extra costs.
What happens after
Accurate measurements become the foundation for the entire project. Layout planning is precise, 3D renders are true to scale, builder drawings are clear, and procurement is exact — so no overspending and no shortages.
Bottom line
Site measurements save you from 90% of renovation problems. Without them — chaos. With them — every stage runs smoothly.

3. Layout Planning
After site measurements, we create 3–5 different layout options. Each one is based on the exact dimensions of your apartment — so every wall, doorway and column is taken into account.
We show how the space can work in different scenarios: where to place the kitchen, how to separate kids’ and adults’ zones, where to add storage, how to make bathrooms and shared spaces convenient. Layouts are built around your rhythm of life — whether you spend mornings rushing to work, evenings with family, or weekends with guests. If the apartment is for rent, we adapt it to be functional and appealing for tenants.
Why it’s critical
Without a proper plan, furniture doesn’t fit, storage is missing, and the space feels awkward. People end up buying new pieces or even redoing walls — which means double spending.
What happens after
Once the final layout is approved, it becomes the foundation for 3D visualization, technical drawings, and the entire renovation process.
Bottom line
A well-thought-out layout ensures that your apartment is not only beautiful, but also comfortable and functional in everyday life.

4. 3D RENDERS & Material Selection
After the layout is confirmed, we create draft 3D visualizations. For every room we prepare several options — different colors, styles, and finishes. Together we review them and choose the best fit. Then we refine everything into final, detailed 3D renders. At this stage you see the exact future of your home — down to furniture, lighting, textures and décor.
We also select all materials — from tiles and paint to furniture and lighting — keeping in mind not only your style, but also your budget. You know in advance how much the project will cost and what exactly you are paying for.
Why it’s critical
Without 3D, nobody understands what the apartment will look like — not you, not the builders. You imagine one thing, they imagine another, and the result is completely different from your expectations. This leads to disappointment, endless corrections, and double spending. With 3D, everything is clear: you see the result before construction starts, you know the budget, and builders know exactly what they are creating.
What happens after
Final 3D renders become the visual “blueprint” of the project. They guide material purchases, furniture orders, and serve as the builders’ reference — so the real space matches your vision.
Bottom line
3D visualization removes guesswork. What you see on the render is what you get in reality — within the style you want and the budget you set.

5. Technical Drawings & Builder Documentation
After measurements, layouts, and 3D visualizations are finalized, we prepare a complete set of technical documents. This includes detailed plans for every aspect of the renovation — electrical wiring, lighting, sockets, plumbing, wall finishes, flooring, ceilings, furniture placement, and more.
Why it’s critical
Without technical drawings, builders improvise. They guess where to put sockets, how to run pipes, or how to align tiles. The result? Mistakes, delays, endless corrections, and wasted money. Even the best construction team cannot deliver quality work without a clear plan.
What happens after
With our drawings, builders don’t guess — they execute. Every dimension is based on real measurements, every detail is aligned with the approved layout and 3D renders. The team has clear instructions, step by step, which means:
Bottom line
Technical drawings are the renovation’s “instruction manual.” Without them, chaos and mistakes are inevitable. With them, builders work smoothly, deadlines are met, and the outcome is exactly as planned.

6. Specification & Procurement
After the design and 3D renders are approved, we prepare a full specification. This includes every item: furniture, lighting, finishes, and décor — with exact names, models, quantities, and where to buy them.
You can either purchase everything yourself using our specification, or we can handle the entire procurement process for you.
We always work with your budget and offer three strategies:
1. Budget (China)
Decent look, medium quality, long lead time. Waiting period around 2 months.
2. Mid-range (UAE local or Europe standard)
Local – Available immediately or almost immediately. Medium quality and style, but price often higher than justified.
Europe – good quality, premium look and lead time 1-2 months.
3. Premium (Europe’s top brands)
Minotti, Roche Bobois, Poliform and others. Top quality, outstanding design, waiting period usually 2+ months — perfect for those who value luxury.
Why it’s critical
Without a clear specification, clients overspend 20–40% buying from random showrooms or resellers. With our procurement plan, every purchase is optimized for budget, style, and timing.
Bottom line
You know exactly what to buy, where, and at what price. No guesswork, no overpaying, no surprises.

7. Supervision & Installation (Optional)
With our drawings and specifications, the project is clear and straightforward to implement. We provide guidance, recommend trusted teams, and stay in touch during the process.
If you prefer a turnkey approach, we can take full supervision and installation under our control for an additional fee — ensuring every detail is delivered exactly as planned.
